FIT Team (Family Inclusion and Transition Team)

Our SENDCo lead (Mrs Wheeldon) and SENDCo support (Mrs Connell) work closely with our learning mentors to provide support to families throughout the school community. Together they support families with learning difficulties, special needs and pastoral care.
